1.
Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 04, s. 2011, the Administration of the 2010-2011
Regional Achievement Test in the Division of Camarines Norte will be on March 18, 2011.
2.
The Regional Achievement Test shall cover the five (5) learning areas: English,
Mathematics, Science & Health, Filipino & Makabayan (EPP, Musika" Sining at Edukasyon sa
Pagpapalakas ng Katawan (MSEP), Sibika at Kultura (SKyHeograpiy4 Kasaysayan at Sibika
(HEKASI).
3.
The test shall:
determine the performance levels of Grades I-VI pupils in the different learning

areas ;
identiff the
areas where pupils/teachers need assistance; and
provide the basis for target setting and developing intervention programs to
improve pupils performance.
4.
To maximize time in conducting the test" the testing team will go directly to the selected
schools. Sequence oftests to be conducted:
English, Mathematics, Science & Health, SK/HEKASI
Aftemoon: Filipino, MSEP, EPP

The names of elem. schools to be tested in the regional achievement test are stated in
Enclosure No. I while the List of ExaminerVProctors who will assist in the administration of the
test is found on Enclosure No. 2.
6.
Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
