NO HEADACHE BILLING & COLLECTION
The QMC team works with your accounting
department to prepare monthly meter reading and
billing to your specifications. We prepare electronic
or paper reports and invoices that can be sent to
the property manager or directly to occupants.
Payment can be made through pre-authorized
payment, web-banking with most major financial
institutions, credit card or cheque. QMC will take
care of any billing inquiries or disputes and will
manage a dispute resolution procedure coordinated
with Measurement Canada.

and calibrate electrical meters. We ensure your
meter systems are accurate, installed properly and
