board will be held
accountable and the

InternetNZ Council
approves in principle
consolidated budgets for
next three years and
confirms/negotiates
changes to the Statements
of Direction and Goals for
each subsidiary
Mid December
Member consultation on
budgets
February
Subsidiary boards finalise
their business plans and
budgets
By 20 March
Business plans from
subsidiary boards tabled at
InternetNZ Council meeting
for formal approval
By 31 March
