Completed mass course creation for 2012W Term 2 courses. Finalized copyright metadata template and messaging strategy for copyright compliance and soft-­‐launched copyright metadata template within Connect. Resolved issues with Respondus integration. Installed ‘Add User’ building block to assist with user enrollments. Implemented functionality to simplify process for creation of secondary SIS sections (e.g. labs, discussions, tutorials). Test Service Pack 9. Continue work on CTConnect3 (SIS integration) including developing non-­‐credit functionality and research into mass-­‐copying of template content into existing courses. Test new integrations and add-­‐ons including iClicker/iGrader, Abacus, Lab Scheduling, GroupBuilder, myMessages. Work on approved pilot projects for the Content and Community modules in the Faculty of Medicine and the Sauder School of Business. Test new HTML editor to create a sustainable process for editing migrated HTML documents within Connect. Held eight Connect workshops. Conducted three customized Connect workshops in the Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and the College of Health Disciplines. Held two Connect Cohort Community of Practice meetings. New LMS Drop-­‐In sessions with increasing attendance. Began development of CTLT Summer Institute sessions. Connect website, Vista website and e-­‐learning website will be consolidated at one URL: elearning.ubc.ca. This is in progress and will be completed by mid-­‐
August. Coordination with UBC Copyright office to ensure communication to ensure there is an integrated approach around copyright compliance and Connect. Identification of campus stakeholder groups affected by changes to the System of Record for students and instructors and development of communications plan to those groups. Development of templates and messaging documents for instructors and students prior to the beginning of 2012W term. Ongoing meetings with individual faculties to discuss communication requirements.
