Company History
Secure Parking was established in Australia in 1979. The company became a significant international
player having extended its operations in Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Middle East, India, U.K, New
Zealand and Philippines.
Today, we are successfully operating over 600 car parks worldwide with more than 15,000 dedicated,
highly professional and trained staff.
Within our portfolio, we operate prestigious sites such as Sydney Airport, Melbourne Airport, Sydney
Olympic Park, Dubai International Financial Centre, Abu Dhabi International Airport, as well as many 5
star hotels, major Shopping Malls such as City Mall Beirut, Westfield U.K, local council (Government)
assets, prestigious office towers, large Institutions and assets of private developers and investors. Our
current portfolio of car parks covers also a wide range of entertainment venues, event driven venues,
medical related facilities, and universities.

the construction or set-up stage, to assist owners and

Brett has more than 25 years’ involvement with Secure Parking as CEO.
He has a Masters Degree in Economics and Marketing from the
University of NSW, and has introduced a number of marketing
developments to the industry, including pre-paid vouchers and
Advantage Parker a proprietary, universal, nationwide convenience
credit parking system.

Managing Director | Middle East
Qualifications
John has got 25 years experience in Engineering. Project Management
and more than 11 years experience in the parking strategy,
management, planning and operations. As a qualified Engineer with a
Masters Degree in Project Management, John is a shareholder of SPC
and the Managing Director of the Middle East operations.
John has a direct input in many consultancy and operations projects in
Australia, UAE, KSA and Lebanon. In addition, John was the key person
in finalizing car parks set up and operation and management strategies.
Those include many good size operations in various prestigious
locations in the Middle East such as the Dubai International Financial
Centre (DIFC) and Nakheel Gateway Towers Car Park.

Samer Al Sayegh
Operations Manager – Valet Services
Qualifications
Samer is the Operations Manager –Valet Services in UAE, responsible
of managing and operating all the valet parking services, appointing,
training and launching the best valet services and setting up new valet
operational plans in every valet new location.
Samer is well experienced in delivering the state of art valet parking
services in 5 star hotels, and been working for Secure Parking since
around 7 years in Lebanon, Syria and transferred to UAE since 2008.
Samer is well versed in valet parking operations and will be playing a
big role in the start up of valet operations.
Devendra Joshi
Human Resource Manager
Qualifications
Devendra Joshi deals with our large amount of staff and handles the
recruiting of new staff, as well as training & development. Holding
degrees in B.B.A (Hons) 2003, PGDPM (2005), PGDHRM (2005),
MBA in HR (2006).
Devendra Joshi has been with the SP team for 2 years and prior to that
he has been working as group HR Manager in Tech group, Ajman, as
Asst. Manager-HR in ETA M&E Dubai / Abu Dhabi and having 3 years
experience in India.
Ronald Derelo
Technical Manager
Qualifications
Ronald is an experienced Technical Engineer in Secure Parking
Technical department, holding a Civil Engineering diploma from the
Philippines with 5 years of experience in similar technical activities.
Ronald is directly involved in issuing drawings in support of the
technical design review studies for major car parks in UAE. Ronald also
manages the work on parking studies covering parking master planning,
static capacity analysis, detailed design review and parking
management system design: allocation of areas, road network, traffic
flow and circulation, special needs, type and layout of access control
equipment, signage and wayfindings.

Sanu Samuel
Business Development
Qualifications
With an experience of over 7 years in Sales, Business Development and
Account Management functions, Mr. Samuel is responsible for Business
Development activities at Secure Parking. As a business development
professional, Sanu has established working relationships and
contractual alliances with some of the largest companies. His client
retention rate during his Career is nearly 100%.Prior to Secure Parking;
he has worked with some of the leading IT companies across the world.
By education, he holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and an MBA
(Marketing) from Pune University.
Ramesh Shetty
Chief Accountant
Ramesh is a Qualified Financial Accountant from Mumbai University
and Diploma in Software Engineering from Indo German Education in
Mumbai with 12 experience years in UAE and previous work experiences
in Sultanate of Oman, Republic of Yemen and Republic of India.

Our experience, combined with our Quality Management Systems, allows
Secure Parking to provide our clients with a complete car park management
solution. For example, we have introduced express valet parking, car wash and
detailing, discounts and loyalty products to build repeat business. Our service
levels are assessed independently by external programs that measure our
customer service skills and identify any shortcomings, so that we can

Through our affiliation with the world’s largest car park operator, Central Parking Corporation, and
drawing on our own capabilities, we are focused on achieving the highest level of efficiency and
innovation by keeping up to date with world’s best practice in the management of airport car parks.
We are also currently finalizing arrangements with the suppliers of license plate recognition (LPR)
software, which will be integrated with space count management software to deliver a more user
friendly solution to our customers. When LPR and space count technology are combined, not only can
customers find a parking space more easily, but the LPR is also able to identify (from the ticket) the
level and space in which the customer parked. In the near future our proprietary loyalty product,
Advantage Parker, will also be integrated into this system.

On-street Parking Experience
Our on-street operation includes projects with Municipalities in Malaysia, Lebanon and Australia
covering more than 20,000 spaces. The more recent was the BOT parking meters project Tripoli
Lebanon covering over 1000 spaces, for a period of 7 years,
including supply, installation, maintenance, wheel clamping, issuing
citations and cash collection.
We have successfully developed and implemented solutions for
Malaysia not only on the mobile computer, also their backend
application.

Consultancy Experience
As Parking specialists, we are using our 30 years experience to provide Consultancy Services for
projects before or during the construction stage which assist developers in the set up of their parking
facilities.
We provide a full range of consultancy services which includes the following:

Parking Operation Experience
Abu Dhabi International Airport
Abu Dhabi International Airport (ADIA) is the city’s main aviation hub and the second busiest airport in
the UAE, served 9 million passengers for a year. Its terminal spaces are dominated by Etihad Airways
which is the UAE’s national carrier and the country’s second largest airline.
A new terminal opened in 2009 with total capacity reaching 14 Million passengers per annum by
2012. Development work has also started on a new passenger terminal, to be situated between the two
runways and known as the Midfield Terminal. The new mega-midfield terminal complex will be
capable of handling an additional 20 million passengers a year initially and then later, as Abu Dhabi
develops as a major Middle East transport hub, up to 50 million
passengers a year. The 5.9 million square meter terminals will initially
include 42 gates, rising to more than 90 gates on completion of the
airport.
SP is currently providing the valet and Porterage services of Abu Dhabi
airport terminals since 2011.

A porter assists passengers with baggage, bringing bags from
the curb to terminals and car parks or vice versa.
-
At departures, the airport porter helps passengers with their luggage, carrying it from the dropoff zone to the check-in counter. At arrivals, he collects passengers from the arrivals door and
takes them to the pick-up zone, car rental counters or even their own cars.

Serves approximately 25,000 passengers per day, deploying 225 porters, and using more than
1,500 airport trolleys.

Our porters will assist departing and arriving passengers at terminal 1, 1A, 2 and 3 in
providing, loading and unloading of their baggage trolleys at the curbside and in the dedicated
areas of the terminals including the x-ray equipment.
2 shifts consisting of 12 hours cover up the operation need of the day. Each shift has a supervisor who
reports to the duty manager and the Porterage manager. We also have ticket controllers to control the
revenue aspects. Importance is given to trolley management, customer services and sales.
Sowwah Square
Sowwah Square is a mixed-use waterfront development and will comprise
of four commercial towers, two five star business hotels and the Abu
Dhabi Securities Exchange, alongside planned retail and food outlet
services. All of this is created to offer convenient accommodation and
amenities for Sowwah Square's mix of global companies.
Secure Parking started operating the Sowwah Square car parks on
February 2012. We have started in the South Car Park covering 2,500 spaces and then our contract
was extended to the North Car Park of similar number of spaces, as well as the valet parking services
for the offices, retails and Rosewood Hotel. Recently, Secure Parking was awarded by Mubadala the
consultancy services to review the parking and traffic management study in Sowwah Square covering
entry exit to the car parks, circulation and the surrounding road network, location of valet parking drop
off and pick up points, and the general parking strategy and mode of payments.
Rosewood Hotel
Located on Al Maryah Island at the core of Abu Dhabi’s
new Central Business District, between the prestigious
commercial development Sowwah Square and the
Cleveland Clinic. Secure Parking has been providing
premium valet services since the opening of the hotel.

Located in the heart of the Dubai International Financial Centre, Al Fattan
Currency House Project consists of an Office Tower, an Office Building and a
Retail Pavilion and a car park podium of 1,165 spaces in 6 levels of which 4
levels are below ground, 1 level at grade and 1 level above ground. The
controlled paid parking system will cover 228 parking spaces which are allocated
to Public (office and retail visitors) on casual ticket basis and 937 spaces which
are allocated to Tenants on access card basis.
Liberty House, DIFC
The Liberty House is a distinctive and architectural landmark in the Dubai International Financial
Centre. Consisting of Twenty nine floors of luxurious apartments and ten floors of commercial offices
and retail.
Secure Parking started operating the car park on the June 2010 with highly trained attendants to
provide high customer services to tenants and visitors, SP has carried out surveys, signage, way
finding, and awareness on how to use the car parks.
Al Fattan Marine Towers
Built at Dubai Marina with ocean view, Al Fattan Marine Towers are
prestigious residential & hotel apartment towers with retail stores
and restaurants at the bottom of the development where each tower
comprises 61 floors in addition to three underground car parks for
700 vehicles. Health clubs, swimming pools, two podiums
surrounded by retail area are available within the facilities of the
residential and hotel apartment towers. Secure Parking has started
in 2008 providing superior level of valet parking services at the JBR
Walk strip, with attractive signage, elegant tickets and uniforms.
Raffles Dubai Hotel
SP started valet parking service for Raffles Dubai Hotel on April
2010. Raffles Dubai is a five star, 19-storey hotel that is built in
