re: Serious Breech of FBI Fresno Office Sworn Duty to Investigate Complaint of Color of Law
Abuses
Hello FBI Offices and FBI Agents Throughout the United States:
You will find attached a conversation I had with Fresno FBI Agent Robinson on January 18th, 2012
when I contacted him to discuss Color of Law Abuses by Merced County Officials.
I am requesting that you listen to the conversations provided.
I am also requesting that you provide these conversations to the head of the FBI, Mr. Robert
Mueller.
I am requesting that he immediately intervene and confirm that the FBI does not condone the
treatment of a citizen as has been exhibited by FBI Agent Robinson.
Agent Robinson said that he has "never read" the information that I have provided recently
concerning a Missing Merced County Sheriff's Citizen Complaint for police brutality and false
arrest.
Agent Robinson said that he threw it on "top of the other stuff" which he has not read which was
given to the FBI Office for the past year.

I am under attack by public officials in California for exposing public corruption in my paper The
Badger Flats Gazette.
The assault upon me by California public officials escalated after I received death threats from a
Mayor I had filed a complaint against with the the California Fair Political Practices Commission in
February 2010.
The Mayor was found guilty based upon my complaint in 2009 and then again in 2010.
FBI Agent Robinson told me that it was my right to record his conversation to which I certainly
agree.
I was contacting him concerning the filing of a complaint, and he was being recorded while
performing his duty as an agent. (People of the State of Illinois v. Michael Allison, No. 2009-CF-50,
Order on Motion to declare 720 ILCS 5/14 Unconstitutional)
You will also find a letter of January 18th, 2012 that further explains some of the background.
I request that someone from the FBI contact me since it is apparent that the Fresno FBI is denying
me equal protection of my rights, and is participating in color of law abuses against me.
Please do not tell me that the conduct of the Fresno FBI, or the matter of their conduct is out of
your jurisdiction.
You are FBI Agents sworn to protect citizens from abuses under the color of law, no matter where
it is within the United States, and even if, and especially if, it is done by your own FBI Agents.

The reputation of all FBI Agents is being brought into question.
Please confirm to me that you consider the actions of the Fresno FBI office to be a serious breech
of FBI protocol, and that you will be assisting to address this matter immediately.
If you do not confirm back to me that you consider the actions of FBI Agent Robinson to be a
breech of protocol, and of the FBI sworn duty to, at minimum, read evidence of abuses under the
color of law before saying that no investigation will take place, I will accept that as your affirmation
that is what you and your offices also do.
If you have forgotten what your duty is I refer you to your website concerning color of law abuses.
