WHAT IS DEBITSUCCESS? All ticketed members have the option to pay for their membership through rolling instalments with Debitsuccess. The number
of payments allowed will depend on when you submit your membership application/renewal and all payments must be finalised by Friday 29 August, 2014.
WHAT IS A ROLLING INSTALMENT? Broncos members who select the instalment plan agree to have their membership and payments automatically renewed
for the following season using the same payment details. Members will be sent a letter prior to the membership renewal period, giving them a 28-day timeframe
in which they have the option to ‘Opt Out’ from automatically renewing for the following season, or change/upgrade their package for the following season.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? Debitsuccess will add a 3% administration fee to each instalment. There will also be a $5.00 set-up fee that must be paid directly to
Debitsuccess upon selecting the instalment option. Members should be aware that additional fees apply for cancellations and missed payments.
HOW MANY INSTALMENTS CAN I MAKE? The number of instalments will depend on when you join, with a maximum of eleven monthly instalments possible,
commencing in October, 2013. Regardless of when you join all memberships must be paid in full by Friday 29 August, 2014.
HOW DO I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS OPTION? Simply complete the ‘Payment Details for Instalment Plan’ section on your application/renewal form and
your payments will be set-up automatically. Alternatively, you can select the instalment option when you join or renew online at www.broncos.com.au/
membership. You will receive a letter from Debitsuccess to confirm your payment amounts and length of contract once your application has been processed.
WHEN WILL I GET MY MEMBERSHIP PACK IF I PAY BY INSTALMENTS? All members who select to pay by instalments will receive their membership
pack in February, 2014; however monthly instalments for the 2014 season will continue until the end of August, at which time the membership will rollover
into the following season unless the Brisbane Broncos are otherwise notified in writing. Any members who miss instalments after February risk having their
membership cancelled and barcodes voided.
WHAT ARE THE FEES IF I MISS A PAYMENT? There is an automatic $10.00 fee for any missed payments and this fee is charged by Debitsuccess, not the
Broncos, so please ensure you always have enough money available in your nominated account.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE TO PAY BY INSTALMENTS? You can choose to use a credit card/credit debit card, or you can choose to have direct
debits taken from a savings account.
CAN I SELECT WHEN THE PAYMENTS COME OUT? Yes, you can change your payment date to suit your situation. Payments are automatically set-up on
the 17th of each month, but this can be changed by calling Debitsuccess on 1800 148 848.

At the Brisbane Broncos we believe that everyone has the right to enjoy all games and events in a safe and supportive environment. This extends to members,
supporters, players, volunteers, staff, and opposition fans and players. Therefore, all Broncos members are expected to abide by a simple Code of Conduct when
attending Broncos games and events. Please ensure you are familiar with this Code of Conduct, as failure to comply can result in your membership being cancelled
at any time.
As a Broncos member I WILL:
• Support my team through thick and thin, and will always show respect for the players efforts on the field
• Conduct myself in a manner that ensures I am a great ambassador for my team
• Respect every person I encounter at Broncos games and events regardless of their age, gender, race, religion, team, ethnic origin or beliefs
• Vocally support my team in an appropriate manner, whilst always being mindful of those around me

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO I APPLY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
The quickest and easiest way to join as a new member in
2014 is online at www.broncos.com.au/membership. You can
complete your entire application, and submit your payment
details online through our secure payment gateway. Renewing
members can choose to either renew online, or by completing
the renewal form that will be posted to all Primary Account
Holders in September. The same seat renewal cut-off date is
Monday 30 September, 2013. All application and renewal forms
must be posted to Broncos Membership Department, Locked Bag
3003, Paddington, QLD, 4064. Season memberships cannot be
purchased through Ticketek.
CAN I SIT WITH FRIENDS WHO ARE ALREADY MEMBERS?
If all the members on your application/renewal form wish to sit
with other members who appear on a separate form, you will
need to submit all the forms together in one envelope. Only
the forms that are submitted together will be considered for a
seating group.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR DISABLED SEATING AND DISABILITY
PARKING?
Members with a disability, that needs to be considered in
relation to their seating allocation, should include a note
explaining the nature of their specific seating requirements on
their application/renewal form. This should include the need
for wheelchair seating and whether carer’s seats are required.
Valid government-issued Companion Cards are accepted
for all Premium, Die Hard Fan, Fortress, and Awesome Foursome
memberships but must be booked over the phone by calling
1300 GO BRONCOS. A photocopy of the Companion Card must also
be supplied to the Brisbane Broncos. Limited parking is available
at Suncorp Stadium for patrons with Australian Disability
Parking Permits (ADPP). Parking must be pre-booked at least
a week before every home game by calling Suncorp Stadium on
(07) 3331 5000 during business hours. Below the Border
members requiring disabled seating or parking can contact the
Season Member Hotline on 1300 GO BRONCOS.

WHAT IS A ROLLING RENEWAL?
Rolling renewals are automatically applied to members paying by
instalments, but are optional for members paying in full. Rolling
renewals will mean the membership is automatically renewed
into the same seats and packages for subsequent seasons, at
the updated and relevant price. Prior to the renewal rollover
members will be given a 28-day period in which to make any
changes or upgrades to the membership package, or to notify the
Brisbane Broncos in writing that they do not wish to rollover (strict
timeframes apply).
ROLLING RENEWALS IF PAYING BY INSTALMENTS:
Rolling renewals automatically apply to all members paying
by instalments. Instalments will commence on October 17,
2013 and a maximum of 11 monthly instalments will apply
in order for all accounts to be paid in full and finalised by
August 17, 2014. All members who join after October 17,
2013 will have their number of instalments adjusted, and
payments re-calculated, to ensure the account is still finalised
by August 17, 2014. All members paying by instalments are
also bound by the Debitsuccess terms and conditions available at
www.broncos.com.au/debitsuccess.
ROLLING RENEWALS IF PAYING IN FULL: Any members paying
in full who select the rolling renewal option will have the full
payment charged to the same credit card as the previous season,
and the member is responsible for updating these details should
the card details change, or to provide the new expiry date if the
card expires. To select the rolling renewal option please complete
the relevant section when completing the ‘Payment Details to Pay
in Full’.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY LODGED MY
MEMBERSHIP ORDER?
Renewing members: Visit www.broncos.com.au and under the
‘Membership’ heading click on ‘Check Renewal’. Simply search
your account number to view whether or not your renewal has
been logged. The renewal list is updated every Friday. If your
renewal has not been lodged successfully, please check again the
following Friday or call 1300 GO BRONCOS.
Below the Border members, Regional members, Captain’s
members, Buck to Bronco, Club Buck members, Baby Bronco
members, and BFF members will start receiving their packs in
December 2013.
Membership packs for all Secondary Account Holders will be sent
to the Primary Account Holder.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY BRONCOS LEAGUES CLUB MEMBERSHIP?
All members who are 18 years or over receive a 12-month
complimentary Broncos Leagues Club membership. To redeem
this, simply present your membership card and governmentissued photo identification to the reception desk at Broncos
Leagues Club. Your Broncos Leagues Club membership card will
then be posted to you.
IS MY MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERABLE?
Yes. If you are unable to attend a game you may give your
membership card/ticket to someone else to use. However,
entry to the stadium will be subject to the classification of the
membership (e.g. an Adult would be refused entry on a Junior
membership). Memberships cannot be upgraded for entry to a
single game.
CAN I STILL ACCESS THE VENUE IF I LEAVE MY CARD/TICKET
AT HOME?
Yes. You will need to queue at the Enquiries window (located at
the stadium box offices) with photo identification, and request
that a replacement ticket is issued for your seat(s). There will
be a charge of $5.00 for every replacement ticket that is printed.
Your membership card will still remain valid for all other games.
This does not apply to Below the Border members.
HOW DO I REPLACE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD IF IT IS LOST OR
STOLEN?
You will need to call 1300 GO BRONCOS to arrange a replacement
card. The barcode of the original card will be cancelled and a fee

CAN I PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP AS A GIFT?
Yes, we understand that memberships are often purchased
as a present. If you require a gift certificate please ensure you
complete the relevant section online, or when completing your
Application Form (Step 9) or Renewal Form. You will need to
provide an email address, and once your application is received
you will be emailed a print-ready copy of the gift certificate. Gift
certificates are not valid for entry to the stadium and do not
guarantee the package applied for.

You can choose to either pay your membership in full, or
you also have the option to go on an instalment plan through
Debitsuccess. By choosing to pay by instalments you agree to
the Debitsuccess terms and conditions which can be found at

via email (if an email address is supplied) or post (if no email
address is supplied) to confirm the receipt of their application.
This notification will be sent to the Primary Account Holder

WHEN WILL MY SEAT BE ALLOCATED?
The allocation of seats to ticketed members is carried out as
follows:
Round 1: Renewing^ members who renew the same package
(e.g. Premium) and the same seat(s).
Round 2: Renewing^ members who renew the same seat(s) and
change the package.
Round 3: Renewing^ members who request a seating change or
wish to add seats.
Round 3 will be allocated in priority order according to the
‘Member Since Status’ of the longest standing member in the
account. Refer to Terms and Conditions for a full explanation of
‘Member Since Status’.
Round 4: New full season members and renewing Awesome
Foursome members.
New full season members and renewing Awesome Foursome
members will be allocated the best available seat(s) in their
chosen category according to the date their application is
received.
Round 5: New Awesome Foursome members.
New Awesome Foursome members will be granted General
Admission seating in their chosen seating category.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE?

Members commuting to and from Broncos home games can
show their season membership card/ticket to access free public
transport on board any Brisbane Transport bus or Queensland
Rail City Network train service. For all transport enquiries call
TransLink on 13 12 30 or visit www.translink.com.au. Below the
Border members should visit the website of the relevant stadium
in Sydney/Melbourne for transport details.
WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY
MEMBERSHIP?
The Broncos Member Hotline can be contacted on
1300 GO BRONCOS (1300 46 2766). The hotline is open from
9.00am -4.30pm Monday - Friday. It is not operational on
weekends or public holidays. Ticketing and membership queries
at a weekend home game should be presented to the staff in the
stadium box offices when gates open.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. 2013 season members wishing to renew their seats for 2014 have an
exclusive renewal period until close of business on Monday 30 September
2013. From Tuesday 1 October 2013, any seats not renewed may be made
available for purchase to upgrading/new members.
2. All prices advertised in this brochure are inclusive of GST unless otherwise
stated.
3. The prices advertised in this brochure exclude all applicable credit card
transaction fees. Members paying in full will have the credit card transaction
fees added to the total cost of the membership. For members paying in full the
fees for VISA, Mastercard and AMEX will be charged at 1.95% and Diners will
be charged at 2.95%.
4. Members may choose to join or renew either online, by submitting an
application form or renewal form in the post, over the phone, or in person.
Regardless of how the membership is purchased, as a condition of their
membership, all members agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of
Brisbane Broncos membership.
5. After submitting an application or renewal for ticketed membership(s),
payment will not be taken until the membership(s) are actually processed and
allocated. All applications for Interstate and Non-ticketed memberships will be
charged when the application is received.
6. Memberships purchased after the first home game will not be sold on a prorata basis, and will be charged at the prices listed in the 2014 Brisbane Broncos
membership brochure.
7. Paying by Instalments: Members choosing to pay by instalments
will do so by the member entering into an agreement with Debitsuccess
Pty Ltd. By selecting this option, members agree to their membership
being automatically renewed for subsequent seasons unless they choose
to “Opt Out” during the designated timeframe set by the Brisbane Broncos.
All members who choose to pay by instalments must have their membership
paid in full by Friday 17 August, 2014. Any members who miss an instalment
risk having their membership voided and barcodes cancelled. Nonticketed and Interstate members cannot choose to pay by instalments.
Members who choose to pay by instalments will be bound by the
Terms and Conditions of their agreement with Debitsuccess Pty Ltd (refer to
www.broncos.com.au/debitsuccess). Additional transaction fees of 3% apply
per instalment, along with an initial set-up fee of $5.00. Cancellation fees and
missed payment fees also apply. The Broncos do not accept responsibility for,
or are in any way liable for, agreements entered into between members and
Debitsuccess Pty Ltd (or its agents).
8. Payments made by Personal/Company cheque, Cash and Money Orders:
Cheques, money orders and cash payments will be banked immediately,
upon receipt. Cheques and money orders must be made out to ‘Brisbane
Broncos’. Cash payments must be made in person at Broncos Headquarters,

future membership renewals. The Brisbane Broncos will advise each member,
in writing, of the cost of their membership for the upcoming season and outline
a specific timeframe in which they will have the option to no longer renew their
membership, or change/upgrade their automatically renewed membership.
This information will also be available online. The change period will be 28-days
in length, with any requests outside this period not guaranteed, and subject to
cancellation fees and charges as outlined.
14. Member Since Status: When you become a member with the Brisbane
Broncos the date you joined is recorded against your account as your ‘Member
Since Status’. When choosing to upgrade or change seats your ‘Member Since
Status’ will be taken into account. Only consecutive years of membership
are counted unless a member is granted ‘Long Service Leave’. Long-term
members will be allocated prior to new members based on their ‘Member
Since Status’.
15. Membership Classification and Age Restrictions:
- Junior: to qualify as a Junior you must be 14 years or younger on March 1,
2014. Children under 4 years of age on this date may enter the venue for free,
but must be seated on the lap of an accompanying adult.
- Concession: Concession memberships are available to any persons holding
a current government-issued Seniors Card, Pensioner Concession Card, Fulltime Student card or Repatriation Health Care Card Totally and Permanently
Incapacitated. Please note that Health Care Cards are not accepted as
a form of concession. Please refer to the accepted Concession Cards at
www.broncos.com.au/concessions. It is a condition of entry that all Concession
card holders agree to present their concession identification card if requested.
If a concession card cannot be presented the membership card holder will be
refused entry to the venue. Concession memberships cannot be upgraded for
individual games.
16. All Broncos Junior members must have their membership placed under
their own individual names and a date of birth must be provided for every Junior
member on an account.
17. If for any reason you are not able to attend a Brisbane Broncos home game
you may give your season pass to a friend or relative to use. However, members
should be aware that there is legislation in Queensland relating to the re-sale
of tickets at Suncorp Stadium, and breach of these laws may attract criminal
penalties. Please also be aware that the transferal of a membership is subject
to the membership classification (e.g. Concession) and this cannot be upgraded
to gain entry to an individual game.
18. All new Awesome Foursome members will be allocated into General
Admission seating in 2014. These seating areas are Maroon (section 603 and
604), Blue (section 318, rows 1-30) and White (section 530, 531, 532, 533, 534).
Awesome Foursome members will not receive a reserved seat, and instead
members can sit in any available seats within their allocated section once they
arrive to the stadium. Awesome Foursome members in General Admission
seating can select to attend any four 2014 Brisbane Broncos regular season
25. All season members must take responsibility for updating all personal
details so the Brisbane Broncos can communicate with them effectively. The
Brisbane Broncos hold no responsibility for a member’s failure to update
their personal details. To update your personal details please call the Broncos
Member Hotline on 1300 GO BRONCOS or email membermail@ broncos.com.au.
26. The 10% discount at the official Broncos Superstore is available
to members upon presentation of their season membership card. This offer
can only be used to purchase full-priced merchandise and is not redeemable
for cash. This discount offer expires on 30 September 2014. This offer cannot
be used in conjunction with any other offer and is not available on discounted
stock. Broncos Superstore is located inside Broncos Leagues Club at
92 Fulcher Rd, Red Hill.
27. All Ticketed members will receive a $20.00 merchandise voucher to be
used at the official Broncos Superstore located inside Broncos Leagues Club at
92 Fulcher Road, Red Hill. All merchandise vouchers require a minimum
spend of $50.00, and all further conditions of use will be listed on the voucher.
The $20.00 merchandise vouchers in 2014 expire on 30 September 2014.
28. If international postage is required the cost of postage will be added to the
membership. The relevant charges for international postage can be found on
page 23 of the 2014 Brisbane Broncos membership brochure.
29. The Brisbane Broncos reserve the right to suspend/cancel a membership
of any member who behaves in a manner that is deemed to be inappropriate.
Please be mindful of those around you, and immediately report anything you
deem to be inappropriate to the stand manager at the top of your aisle on game
day so the matter can be dealt with immediately. The Brisbane Broncos have the
right to decide what is inappropriate conduct in its sole and unfettered discretion.
The member has no right to object to or appeal against any decision by the
Brisbane Broncos to suspend or cancel a membership as a consequence of the
member acting in a manner the Brisbane Broncos consider is inappropriate.
All members are expected to uphold the Broncos Member Code of Conduct
found on page 25 of the 2014 Brisbane Broncos membership brochure and
failure to comply can result in an immediate cancellation of the membership.
In circumstances where your membership is suspended or cancelled for
inappropriate conduct you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion
of your membership entitlements.
30. The Brisbane Broncos reserve the right to refuse an application for
membership.
31. If a member breaches the Broncos Member Code of Conduct or otherwise
engages in behaviour deemed inappropriate or unbecoming as a member of the
Brisbane Broncos, the Brisbane Broncos reserves the right unconditionally to
terminate the membership in which case the member forfeits their membership
rights and will not be entitled to a refund of their membership fees.
32. If any unforeseen circumstances impact on the Brisbane Broncos ability to
deliver on its representations in the membership offer the Brisbane Broncos will
not be held liable.
Level 1, Broncos Leagues Club, 92 Fulcher Rd, Red Hill between the hours
of 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). Seat(s) will
still be allocated according to the stipulated timetable in the Frequently Asked
Questions. Any difference in costs between the requested order and what is
ultimately allocated will be dealt with at the time the seat is allocated.
9. Payments made by Credit Card (if paying in full): Credit card payments will
be taken at the time the membership is actually processed and allocated, as
per the stipulated timetable in the Frequently Asked Questions. Please note

10. Dishonoured Credit Card Payments: If a credit card payment is declined by
your bank you will be contacted regarding an alternate form of payment. If the
alternate payment method is also unsuccessful your order will be removed from
the seating allocation queue and your membership order may be cancelled.
11. Dishonoured Cheque Payments: If a cheque is dishonoured you will be
contacted regarding an alternate form of payment. All dishonoured cheques will
incur an immediate fee of $20.00 as these fees are applied by the bank. If the
alternate payment method is not successful your order will be removed from
the seating allocation queue and your membership order may be cancelled.
12. Cancellation of a Membership Order: Members wanting to cancel their
membership order at any time will incur a $20.00 cancellation fee per
membership.

- Opt Out: Members who sign up for the rolling renewal option will have their
membership automatically renewed until such time that they ‘Opt Out’ for

home games without giving prior notification to the Brisbane Broncos. Once
an Awesome Foursome General Admission membership card has scanned
through on four (4) occasions the barcode will then be disabled and no further
entries will be permitted on that card.
19. All Below the Border games will be set by the Brisbane Broncos once
the 2014 draw is released by the NRL. Below the Border members cannot
make changes to the games chosen. The chosen games will be displayed
at www.broncos.com.au under the ‘Membership’ heading.
20. Platinum members will be sent their State of Origin ticket(s) approximately
one month prior to the game. Platinum members will be allocated their State
of Origin seat according to the ‘Member Since Status’ of the longest serving
member in the account. All seats will be allocated into Level 3 (lower tier) of
the Southern or Northern grandstand and cannot be changed as this game is
not managed by the Brisbane Broncos. All State of Origin tickets will be ‘Adult’
entry tickets as there are no concessions available on these tickets. If you wish
to sit with other Platinum members for the State of Origin game this will need
to be clearly marked on your renewal form. All Platinum memberships include
one ticket to the first State of Origin game (Game One) to be played at Suncorp
Stadium in 2014.
21. Re-selling of State of Origin tickets will result in the ticket being cancelled
and civil or criminal charges may apply if tickets are re-sold. Members
are advised to refer to the specific State of Origin ticket conditions of sale at
www.qrl.com.au to ensure no breaches are made.
22. Platinum, Premium, Die Hard Fan, and The Fortress members can access
discounted tickets for regular season 2014 Broncos home games by showing
their membership card at Suncorp Stadium ticketing agencies, or on game day
at the Suncorp Stadium Box Offices. This offer entitles members to purchase up
to 10 discounted White Adult tickets per home game at $25.00 each.
23. In March 2014 all Club Buck and Buck to Bronco members will receive
a 2014 NRL Junior pass. This pass allows free entry to regular season NRL
games, however each club will have its own conditions of use so please contact
the hosting club for details. At regular season Brisbane Broncos home games,
Junior passes can only be redeemed at the Suncorp Stadium Box Offices on
game day once gates open. The card holder will be issued with a game day
ticket to gain entry to the stadium. Any other patrons wishing to sit with the
Junior pass holder must purchase their tickets at the gate when the Junior
pass is presented.
Junior pass redemption at Brisbane Broncos home games is strictly limited so
arriving early is highly recommended. Junior pass holders will be issued with a
ticket in the White seating category only. Junior passes cannot be used at any
NRL Finals games or NRL trials.
24. All Non-ticketed and Interstate members will receive a two-for-one ticket
offer for a 2014 Brisbane Broncos home game. This offer can be redeemed
online and further instructions will be emailed to these members in February
2014. This offer is only available on Blue Adult tickets and is subject to
availability. The offer is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used during
NRL Finals matches. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other
offer and is limited to one free ticket per voucher.
33. Any user of the member’s membership rights is also bound by the Terms

36. The products and services offered in any sponsor promotional material are
not offered by the Brisbane Broncos. The Brisbane Broncos do not accept liability
for any product or service referred to in such material, and to the widest extent
possible at law excludes all liability with respect to these products and services.
37. You consent to the Brisbane Broncos providing personal information you
have provided to the Brisbane Broncos (excluding any details related to methods
of payment) to our sponsors for the purpose of our Sponsors providing you with
details of offers that may be of interest to you.

Any information we disclose about a membership account can only be with a

38. All memberships are subject to the terms of entry of Suncorp Stadium found
at www.suncorpstadium.com.au.
39. All memberships are subject to the terms of ticket sale.
40. All members who choose to pay by instalments to Debitsuccess are bound
by the Terms and Conditions supplied to them by Debitsuccess and accept that
a failure to make a payment may result in the immediate cancellation of their
membership and members will not be entitled to a refund of monies paid if
games have not been attended. Please be aware that all failed payments will
incur an automatic fee of $10.00 which is charged by Debitsuccess.
41. All details outlined in the Frequently Asked Questions also form part of the
Terms and Conditions.
42. The Brisbane Broncos reserve the right to itself to amend these terms and
conditions as may be reasonably necessary from time to time.
43. The Brisbane Broncos do not warrant that every request for membership,
ticketing, and/or seating allocation can or will be complied with.
