Flame & Bake
Few can resist the alluring aroma of freshly
baked bread, which explains why the Flame &
Bake concept, launched in Abu Dhabi in 2012,
has proven so popular. Flamboyant chefs and
bakers prepare and cook the array of tempting
menu choices, including the vastly popular
shawarma, in front of customers in an open-plan
show kitchen, providing the restaurant with
a convivial atmosphere.
In September 2015 there will be three Flame &
Bake outlets in Abu Dhabi (on the Corniche in
Khalidiya, Airport Road and Al Seef Village) and
the flagship branch will be located on Jumeirah

Founded in New York in 2010, Bee’s Knees
Baking Company has introduced to the baking
world its everyday favourite - the innovatively
named Cake-cup – a fusion of a traditional

Maazim Restaurant and Cafeteria
In Egyptian, ‘Maazim’ means ‘the host’ and this
concept restaurant is aptly named, providing
unrivalled hospitality and a diverse menu featuring
Arabic and Emirati signature dishes. This franchise,
that first debuted in Abu Dhabi in 2014, is designed
as a counter-service restaurant, offering a fast
dining experience that would suit office blocks,
shopping malls and other high-traffic locations.
Advanced FM works with the business owner to
establish the entire set up of each Maazim outlet,
from the initial fit out to the provision of specialty
staff. The menus are tailored to suit both local and
international palates with meat, vegetables and
salads perennial favourites.

Creating cleaner, more efficient communities
is the vision behind our Advanced Environmental Services division. We are authorized
by numerous environment agencies and
municipal authorities to offer a range of
cleaning, collecting, transportation, disposal
and recycling services for residential and
commercial customers.
Our Environmental Services include:
Waste collection, segregation and recycling
We have a dedicated set of compactor trucks and hook-lift trucks with varying capacities
that work around the clock collecting waste, segregating it appropriately and transferring it
to our municipality approved treatment facility or recycling plants.
Compound door-to-door collection of waste
We strive to provide an effective, risk-free service to our customers by adhering to strong
guidelines that ensure the safe collection and management of compound waste, including
hazardous materials.
Skip removal and compactor collection
We operate a team of nine skip loaders that have been specifically designed to transport
bucket-type containers that are used to carry both semi-solid and industrial waste. Our
state of the art trucks also minimize the volume of waste, providing a popular compactor
collection service.

Our washing tanker trucks are fitted with high-pressure motors

Glass façade cleaning
Using cradles or ropes, we have a highly skilled team of window

Transfer of waste

Bulk liquid transportation
Our trucks are equipped with containers that have a capacity
of 22,500 gallons. They are supported by trailer tankers that
can collectively hold and help transfer large volumes of liquid
