He has to elaborate alternative ways to get his tasks done, evaluate and propose best solutions and realize them under his responsibility. Responsibility 1. Market research: Understand NCSD & LD market: suppliers, products, wholesalers, retailers and consumers. Build up a database for all market intelligence. Keep updated with new activities and developments in all market aspects which impact the business directly and indirectly (new players, new products, new substrates, new competitors,..). Create market overview which highlights LD & NCSD production and consumption levels per categories, pack size and pack type. Present and discuss country overview report to customers and conclude with final view. Monitor competitors developments, strategies, tactics, prices (FM, packs,...) and summarize these in a presentable form. Work and lead research agencies to conduct required consumer research projects, such as concept tests, packaging tests, attitude & usage according to the business needs. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Education : Degree in Sales or Marketing Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in the marketing field; Ability to create ideas and follow them up. Age Range: 28 – 40 Computer Knowledge: Advance Language Required: English 2. Communication: Get knowledge on most common communication tools being used by our customers. Identify important topics about customers to create a written communication “In Focus, success story, brochures, Internet, presentations”. Assure that all customers and prospects get access and are aware of CBOBs communication tools. Investigate needs of communication (internally / externally). Customize available information according to customers’ needs. Manage and improve customer relations. Update customer data base on monthly basis together with Sales. 3. Market Segment/ Product Management: Investigate market trends, new products and anticipate future market developments and needs. Analyze customers’ market position, their product positioning, SWOT and product portfolio and develop customized product concepts to assure best utilization of the combibloc filling machines. Identify the production gaps, and support customers to optimum their production level. Update customers with global and local market trends which influence consumer behavior. Update customers with relevant innovation done by SIG Combibloc. Validate new product ideas and quantify their market potential. Anticipate future market developments and summarize the results in product needs for CBOB. Update customer profiles at least twice a year. 4. Business Development: Cooperate with Sales in meetings with potential customers. Build up data base on Global Accounts and be prepared to answer requests from GAM (Global Account Managers) and to deliver status reports. Define new target markets/segments and target customers together with Sales. Define country strategy annually for the coming 5 years. 5. Others: Work closely with Regional and Cluster Marketing and provide updates according to their requests Investigate the political and social engagement in environmental affairs (recycling activities, new legislations, TP activities, NGO activities, ....) and update the status report regularly.
