Goals of Course:




to develop an understanding of the historical events that have shaped the political,
economic, and social developments of the world since 1945
to utilize skills and resources of historical research to identify and examine those
events and developments that have made significant impact
to assess how these potential economic, and social developments were interrelated
and whether or not these developments confirm that humanity has emerged into a
world whose actions are governed more by interdependence at the global level, than
be interdependence at the national level
to develop further an understanding of the concept of power, and its role in the
political, economic and social developments of the post World War II era
