MANOR FARM JUNIOR SCHOOL – FANTASY FOOTBALL
Dear Pupil/Parent,
I have set up an online Fantasy Football League for Manor Farm Junior School pupils, siblings and parents.
If you are interested in football and would like to manage your own team of Premiership stars then fantasy
football is ideal for you. You can find out more information and set up your team by going to
http://www.schoolsfl.com/ (A copy of this letter with the hyperlink is available on the school’s website)
There will be a pupil league for each year group and a general league for pupils, parents, siblings and staff.
Please see below for the code for each league.
To enter your team:
1)
Register and choose your team at http://www.schoolsfl.com/
2)
Once you have done this, click on ‘My Leagues’ and enter the relevant code(s) below.
3)
Return the reply slip to school along with a £2 entry fee per team (1 team allowed per person)
4)
Mr Cook will then go online and accept you into the league(s).
5)
All of this needs to be done by Friday 17th October
The money raised will go towards some small end of season prizes as well as go towards purchasing
resources for pupils. There will also be a regular ‘Manager of the Month’ certificate.
While this will be a fun activity to be involved in, it can also benefit pupils in terms of calculating, decision
making, understanding statistics and developing communication skills. I hope it will be an exciting season
for all those involved.
