2014 Summer Internship
Diamonds In The Rough, Inc. is a non-profit organization established to provide young women, living in
urban communities, with dependable mentors and resources to become poised and productive citizens
of their communities and the world. Each summer, DIR hosts an amazing summer enrichment program
for high school girls in Cleveland. Diamonds In The rough is offering internships to female college
students who are able to assist in the facilitation of the summer program and engage in fundraising
and community partnership initiatives. DIR is looking for innovative, driven, reliable, and dedicated
women who are passionate about the mission of the organization. Please note that these internships
are unpaid, require a 10-15hr/week commitment and take place between June 16 and August 2. Also
note that most activities take place in the evenings and on the weekends, so there is sufficient time for
