Directions for enrolling in the Driver’s Ed. Classes
1. Please fill out paper work and return to:
SODS/NBCS

Ardmore, OK 73401
2. Enclose a copy of students’ birth certificate.
3. Enclose a check or money order for $150.00 payable to SODS.
(This is a deposit which will apply towards your $350.00 tuition; the
remaining $200.00 can be paid in class or according to any other
arrangements made with the driving school).
4. Please indicate which dates you would like to attend the classroom
sessions. Copy all the dates and times onto your enrollment form. A
list of classroom sessions is provided to you at the bottom.
