this statement as it relates to Vincent, the main character in the movie.
2. Vincent stated that his brother had, “No excuse to fail”. Explain what he meant. Discuss how this
affected each life.
3. The pianist in the movie possessed 5 fingers and a thumb on each hand and was therefore able to play
music written for the “piano that only could be played by someone with 12 “fingers”. List several future
“programmed genetic features” that might offer some specific occupational advantages. Explain.
4. Why is Jerome so determined that Vincent succeeds?
