celebrate.

at £4.95 each

Q1. Who will announce the speeches and toast on the day?
A1. Our complimentary master of ceremonies.
Q2. Do you allow Fireworks or Chinese Lanterns?
A2. Yes we allow Fireworks but unfortunately do not allow Chinese Lanterns.
Q3. Do you hold Civil Partnerships?
A3. Yes we are delighted to hold them.
Q4. When can my guests book their bedrooms?
A4. Guests can book their rooms as soon as terms and condition have been signed and
returned.
Q5. Do you allow live music?
A5. Yes. The company you have chosen will be asked to provide a copy of their public
liability insurance and pat testing.
Q6. How do I confirm my Wedding at Owston Hall Hotel?
A6. We can hold your date required for up to 7 days and then a non – refundable deposit of
£500.00 will be required and a contract will be signed between us. After 7days days if we
have not received any correspondence the date will automatically be released.
Q7. What happens after I’ve paid my deposit?
Q7. We will send you a letter confirming your deposit and date booked. We would then ask
you to arrange an appointment with us prior to your invites being sent to discuss menus and
details where a further non-refundable payment of £500.00 would be required.
Q8. When do we confirm final details and payment?
A8. All final details are required 2weeks prior to your day along with final payment.
Q9. What happens if I have any questions regarding my wedding?
A9. We are more than happy to answer any questions at any time. You can either contact us
on 01302 722800 or email our Coordinator at Sharon@owstonhall.com and we will
endeavour to answer any questions as soon as possible.
Q10. Can Confetti and Party Cannons/Poppers be used within the Hotel?
A10. Unfortunately not, if they are used a clean up fee of £100 will be charged to the Bride
and Groom
Q11. What time do we sit down for our Wedding Breakfast?
A11. You will seat for Dinner 1 ½ hrs after a Civil Ceremony/Partnership, Church arrivals
with differ slightly, but seating for both no later than 3.30pm is requested.
