There are two parts of the exam. (available online at Harvard Business School Publishing). This analysis should be typed, double-spaced and limited to 4 pages plus Exhibits. The analysis should address the Assignment Questions below AND ANY OTHER KEY ISSUES IDENTIFIED BY EACH TEAM. [ASSIGNMENT QUESTIONS: (1) Which bid should Mr. Kenton accept? (2) Which bid is in the best interests of Birch Paper Company? (3) Should the commercial vicepresident intervene?
