I agree to the following conditions of my office: a. I will read, understand, and enforce the school constitution, which includes holding no more than two (2) elected or appointed ASB, class, or club offices. b. I will not miss more than 2 student council meetings without a written excuse for illness or a note from a teacher. c. I will enroll in the Student Leadership class. If I am unable to enroll in this class, I understand I must decline my position to the runner-up. d. I will attend all summer meetings and the summer leadership retreat (Usually held the last week of July or first week in August). a. I understand that I must prepare a campaign speech to present to the Student Body. The speech me may be recorded by video, said over the intercom system, and/or said during a lunch hour in the quad. b. I understand that I must meet the academic eligibility (2.0 no more than 1 F) and the SUSD Code of Conduct eligibility requirements in order to run and stay eligible to keep my position. e. I understand that if I become ineligible at any time during the school year, I may be asked to resign my position and may be placed in a study hall class. Should I be declared academically ineligible after a semester grade, I will resign from my position and be removed from the leadership class roster. f. Decorations - buy within the budget, with the help of Bear Backers iv. Royalty Box - make box in stands for Royalty to sit in. v. Plan and organize all class float building. c. To organize the blood drive. d. To organize Baccalaureate, Graduation, and Grad Nite. 2. Senior Vice President: a. To preside over Senior Class meetings and activities in case of absence of Senior Class President a. To help plan and organize all class float building during float building. b. To help plan Homecoming Dance and all other senior activities. 3. Senior Secretary/Treasurer: a. To type up Senior Class meeting agendas. b. To keep records of meetings. c. To help plan and organize all class float building during float building. d. To help plan Homecoming Dance and all other senior activities. 4. Senior Class Senator: a.
