Roll Call & Meeting Minutes
Teresa Campbell called the meeting to order and roll call was taken. Members reviewed the April
meeting summary. Dr. Holt made a motion to approve the meeting summary, and Dr. Shaps made a
second to the motion. A summary from the April meeting was approved.
Treasurer's Report
Amy David reviewed the April Treasurer's report. Dr. Holt made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s
report and Dr. Lewis made a second to the motion. The Treasurer’s report was approved as
presented.

Finance Workgroup Update
The Finance workgroup stated that donors will be published on the website and letterhead. Publishing
unbranded material for patients and consumers is being explored. A meeting with GE corporate
regarding our funding request occurred; more to come on this topic.
KHC Statewide Reporting
The group discussed its interest in moving back to statewide reporting. Many members were
supportive but some concern on distracting from Greater Louisville was cited. Coventry hopes to
supply data this year. Wellcare will not supply data in 2013 but will in 2014. UHC will not be supplying
data.
KHC Group Practice Reports
Group practice reports are expected to be completed the following week.
KHC Public Reporting Work Group
The following companies will receive an RFP for the public reporting website:

Employer Membership and Recruitment
Ken Mudd is organizing an employer only round table for best practice sharing. Nancy Martin of
Hillerich & Bradsby will be sharing their new disease management program; Beth Monroe will be
facilitating the meeting.
Website Update
The KHC will be launching a new website; it is currently in development. The KHC voted and
approved a new color logo. The group also agreed to change the tag line to “building a bridge to
better health, better care, and better value.”
PCMH Efforts
The KHC Leadership team and GLMS are exploring how best to support the adoption of PCMH in the
region. Kay Ciliberti noted that Anthem was in the throws of supporting the transition to PCMH.
Healthy Living
The group still needs to find its niche with healthy living and go after a grant in this area.
Data Aggregation Vendor Selection
The KHC public reporting website committee recommended that the KHC select Monroe Associates
for the 2013 data aggregation work. Alice Bridges made a motion to approve, and Dr. Wilson made
a 2nd to the motion. Monroe Associates were selected.
