Permissions slips must be signed by teachers and parents. GRADUATION SPEECH CONTEST: Have you always dreamed of speaking at your graduation ceremony? Information is now available for the Graduation Speech Contest for seniors. Pick up a flyer from the Student Services rack. Written speeches must be submitted by Wednesday, April 15. STATE SEAL OF BILITERACY: Seniors, do you qualify for the California State Seal of Biliteracy? If so, you could receive a medallion for graduation and a special seal on your OCSA diploma!
