The Membership Numeral Guard signifies years of girl and/or adult membership (complete section I).
The Years of Service Pins signify years of adult membership (complete section II).
Both may be worn by adult Girl Scouts. The pins are available in 5-year increments. All orders are processed
by the Service Unit Adult Recognitions Coordinator.
Pins 15 years and over are purchased by GSHNC. Pins 25 years and over are presented at the annual Adult
Awards Ceremony.*
*GSHNC will cover the cost of one 15 year or over pin per member per year (for example: if being awarded a 15
year Years of Service Pin and a 20 year Membership Numeral Guard, GSHNC will cover the cost of one).
Additional pins may be purchased by the Service Unit or the individual.
