He holds Basic, Advanced, Administrative, and Instructor certifications from Texas Animal Control Association (TACA), and has served on that association’s board of directors. Jay worked for the Department of State Health Services in Zoonosis control from 1998 until 2002. He taught Basic ACO Training to officers from all over Texas, and was a major influence on the curriculum taught today. This is an excellent opportunity to obtain your required Basic Training from one of the most imminently qualified instructors in Texas. The class is guaranteed.
