Fragrance Harbour. Our residents have been spending lots of money on dumping garbage in the landfills. While all of our landfills will be full by
2018, we are desperately looking for alternative garbage disposal solutions. We’ve heard that other cities are helping to protect the environment by recycling and reusing wastes instead of throwing them away, and that some communities can make money by recycling.
