Candidate must be a self-starter with strong technology acumen. He/She will be contributing to the entire gamut of
our software services including Product Evaluation and Selection; Effort estimation, Design, Development,
Integration and Testing; Strategic Assessments and Advisory; Program and Project Management
Mandatory Skills and Experience








8+ years of overall experience in designing, developing and implementing software services for clients
of which 3+ Years of Content management experience with one or more CMS packages including
SharePoint is a must.
Proficient in C#, Core .Net 2.0 & 3.0, ASP.NET, SharePoint API, JavaScript, Workflow Foundation,
Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Services.
Proficient in XML, XSLT
Understands end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management (WCM) and delivery processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead and provide technical oversight a team of developers and senior
developers
Experience with architecture assessment and benchmarking
Demonstrated success of working independently, with a proven track record of excellence
Excellent organization, leadership and people management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced

environment with changing priorities
Problem solving approach- should take creative approaches to solving challenging problems and

meeting tight deliverables
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills - both technical and non-

technical
Proven capability in Business Development (added advantage, not mandatory)
Responsibilities







Oversees and participates in the architectural design, development, customization and integration
efforts of enterprise solutions involving Collaboration Portals, Enterprise Content Management, using
SharePoint Server 2010 / Share Point Server 2013
Define and document physical, logical and network solution architecture view for an integrated solution
that includes SharePoint infrastructure.
Effort Estimation, Planning for custom and OOB implementation of SharePoint based on requirements.
Support sizing, capacity planning and non-functional requirement specification, benchmarking and
recommendations for SharePoint solutions.
Diagnose and solve common problems related to SharePoint implementation.
Oversee installation, configuration and tuning of SharePoint environments.
Define best practices, development standards to manage performance and scalability of the SharePoint
application and work with stakeholders to manage performance issues and dependencies.
Desirable Skills and experience




SOA (Services Oriented Architecture) - SOAP, Web services, WCF
RIA (Rich Internet Applications), Web 2.0
BPM (Business Process Management)
Certification in administrator and architect track of SharePoint is an added advantage

using Microsoft technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL and JQUERY.
Proficient and deep hands-on experience in C#,.Net 2.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, ASP.NET, SQL, and CSS
Experience with Entity framework and MVC
Experience with Web Servers, XML and XML web services
Strong understanding of Design Patterns, Service Oriented Architecture, Test Driven Development
Experience in executing and leading projects using Agile, Scrum methodologies
Proficient in using Microsoft Visual Studio
Experience with establishing project usage procedures for source control, work item tracking, and build
management with Team Foundation Server (or similar).
