Requirement Description Describe the requirement (gap). Include a description of the delivered PeopleSoft functionality. Currently, the University of Connecticut, Storrs and University of Connecticut Health Center store passport and visa information in their legacy systems and have the ability to report on it. PeopleSoft also has the capability of storing this information and provides two reports for auditing. The first report is discussed in requirement HR305. The second report, the Citizenship Status/Country of Citizenship/Visa report lists employee ID and name for all employees without a visa, and whose native/naturalized country is not the US, however, this report is run statewide and should only be run by organization. 2. Business Need Provide a justification for the requirement. Include information about frequency, volume, number of users impacted, etc. Ability to identify employees at these organizations whose do not have a passport/visa, and whose native/naturalized country is not the US. Currently, at UCONN there are 1009 foreign nationals on Visas and 250 resident aliens. At UCHC there are 450 employees with visas. 3.
