Horses competing in sanctioned classes must be registered with FQHR, Vicksburg, MI (or previous location Sterling, CO).
ALL horses must have an official record of current negative Coggins within the previous 12 months. Oklahoma horses must have original yellow document – not a copy.
All owners and exhibitors must be a current member of FQHR to show in sanctioned classes and a current OkFQHR member to show in any class.
A copy of the horse’s FQHR papers and owner’s and exhibitor’s FQHR membership cards must accompany ALL entries in sanctioned classes. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Amateur classes require Amateur card or application for an Amateur Card. Novice Cards are available but not required for Novice Division at OkFQHR shows.
Eligibility requirements for Beginner, Novice, Amateur, Youth and Open classes can be found at www.okfqhr.com and will be posted in the show office.
Memberships may be purchased at the show. The appropriate membership form must accompany all membership fees. FQHR Membership Fees: Lifetime $250;
Annual Renewable $30; Youth Lifetime $50 (thru age 18); Youth Annual $15; Amateur $15; Novice Amateur $15. OkFQHR membership: $20 Individual or $25 Family.
 All class additions and scratches must be made in the show office and may not be made at the arena.
 Entries close at the beginning of the prior class as scheduled on the Showbill—no exceptions DURING OFFICE HOURS.
 The exhibitor must accurately complete entry forms and assumes responsibility for errors.
Submission of entry constitutes a complete and total liability release by owner and exhibitor.
