PASTRY INGREDIENT LIST

KRAPFEN
MIXTURE ingredients: Wheat flour type "0", water,
oil and vegetable fats (palm e sunflower), eggs, yeast,
sugar, skimmed milk powder, salt, egg yolk,
emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerids of fatty acids,
diacetyltartaric esters of mono- and diglycerids of fatty
acids, acidity regulator: citric acid, dextrose,
flavouring.
APRICOT filling ingredients (jam minimum 20%1%
in weight on the final product): glucose-fructose syrup,
apricot 35%, sugar, gelling: pectine, acidity regulator:
citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate,
flavouring.
CREAM filling ingredients (20%1% on the final
product): water, sugar, glucose syrup, modified
starch, cream milk powder, vegetable fats (from
palm), preservative: potassium sorbate, salt, colours:
beta carotene, flavouring.
COCOA filling ingredients (20%1% on the final
product): sugar, vegetable fats (coconut e palm),
cocoa powder 15%, nuts, emulsifiers: soy lecithin,
flavouring (vanillin).
DONUTS
Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, vegetable oil (palm),
sugar, vegetable margarine (vegetable fats (palm),
water, acidity regulator: E330), brewer’s yeast,
pasteurized eggs, salt, emulsifiers: E471, E472e;
lactose, wheat gluten, milk proteins, dextrose,
flavouring, sunflower oil, acidity regulator: E170;
antioxidant: E300. May contain traces of soy and nuts.
BUCKWHEAT CAKE
Ingredients: Eggs, apricot puree (19 %)(apricots 45
%, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, thickening: pectine,
acidity regulator: citric acid, sodium citrate, calcium
citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate, flavouring.),
blueberry jam (15 %) (red blueberries 55 %, sugar,
gelling: pectine, acidifiers: citric acid), sugar, nuts,
buckwheat flour (9 %), wheat flour, vegetable fats,

CARROTS CAKE
Ingredients: Carrots (25 %), sugar, almonds, wheat
flour, eggs, raising agents: disodium diphosphate,

CHESTNUTS CAKE
Ingredients: Water, eggs, hydrogenated vegetable
fats, sugar, chocolate flakes (9%) (sugar,
hydrogenated vegetable fats, lean cocoa powder,
emulsifiers: soy lecithin, glucose syrup, flavouring),
chestnut puree (9,5%) (chestnuts 73%, sugar, glucose
syrup, : preservative: potassium sorbate, flavouring),
