Manufacturing/Process Engineer
High growth company located in the CT valley area is seeking an
aggressive, innovative, self-starting individual to join our Operations
team. You will join the Operations Team and support on-going
initiatives such as:
Manufacturing Process Improvement/Productivity
Define optimum capital equipment operating perimeters
Set-up Time Reduction/Manufacturing Flow
Update and Maintain Labor Standards
Material Non-Conformance, Scrap and Rework Reduction
Product Structure Development and Producibility Analysis
Overall Quality Focus
You will interface and work closely with all levels of our
manufacturing team as well as the rest of the service organization.
This position requires a minimum of a 2-year Associate Degree
(electro/mechanical) with related work experience or a 4-year college
degree in a technical discipline. Excellent advancement opportunities
based on your initiative and ability to take on additional
responsibility.
