The Borough of Litchfield Historic District Commission, Litchfield, CT, will hold Public Hearings
on Thursday, June 19, 2014, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at 28 Russell Street, to consider the following
applications for a Certificate of Appropriateness.
1. Application #1672, Forman School, 9 Forman-Henderson Drive, to rebuild existing walls
and columns, construct walls at entry area, refurbish entry gates, and install lighting and
signage.
2. Application #1673, Percy Steinhart, 94 North Street, for installation of swimming pool and
fencing.
3. Application #1674, Peter and Quincy Krosby, 63 Old South Road, for two-story entryway.
4. Application #1675, Judith Acerbi, 132 West Street, to enclose sunroom with clapboards and
add windows.
At these hearings interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be
received.
A Regular Meeting of the Borough of Litchfield Historic District Commission will be held at the
above location on June 19, 2014, immediately following public hearings scheduled to begin at 7:00 P.M.
