Developed plans and procedures for set-up and implementation of a county-wide Computer Information Center. Reorganized and directed changes in entire filing system for the division of Management Information Services. Standardized all procedure manuals and streamlined reporting system for the division. Designed and developed a charge-back algorithm for all aspects of data processing services.
