CAUSES LEARNING POINTS + The program is planned in such a way that each of the land, sea and ATF activities falls on different days. It was purposely planned to ease the issue of limited manpower. It is a good program as it allows better deployment of manpower (more specific and convenient). Manpower is much easier to control – based on competencies and skills; they do not need to stay throughout for all days. 14 COLLECTIVE PROPOSAL (How can we do better? / If it is +ve, do we continue?) Such program plan is greatly recommended for future planning if the number of campers is not too large. POSSIBLE IMPLICATIONS It might be difficult to run such a program for a group larger than 100 campers. Further, the facilities and the logistics might not support such a large number of participants at the same time and at the same place.
