We currently have 3 internship positions that deal with supply chain management (negotiations,
RFQs, vendor management) and I was curious if you have any students or recent graduates that
you feel would excel in these positions?

The start date is immediate and the initial pay would range from $12/hr to $17hr. The 2 Sourcing
Specialist positions have potential to be full-time hires some day.
1. Staff Augmentation Intern
Primary Responsibilities
This position has heavy systems usage and requires someone who can build databases efficiently to
query different types of data.
Coordinate resource requisition and confirmation process with Ericsson vendors for contractor
deployments to /// projects within various markets in the U.S.
Data mining on forecast and spend data for vendors.
Facilitate vendor quality and balanced scorecard metrics
Contractor time entry reporting and send outs
Sit in meetings with Ericsson delivery groups to understand needs and future work pipeline.
Assist in testing of new vendor management tools and rollout training to vendors.
Essential Requirements
Advanced used of Microsoft Excel and Access
Able to work 30+ hours each week at the /// Village in Plano, TX.
Business or Engineering background
GPA 3.25 or higher

Fast learner. Takes proactive steps to understand role and interrelations with other groups.
2.+ 3. Sourcing Specialist
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing of services and solutions. Responsible for assisting with program
management to control cost and ensure operational excellence through governance and change order
control.
- Responsible for assisting with supplier assessment including due diligence business reviews and
financial reviews.
- Responsible for developing Sourcing reports for Balanced Score-Card measurements and identifying
other key management reporting in order to achieve goals.
- Helps to identify fixed package opportunities in order to keep costs low.
- Assists with supplier contracts and evaluation of vendor reliability and quality.
- Works with business development and delivery units in North America along with Key Account
Management teams to develop an effective supply chain. Must possess a high degree of verbal and written
communication skills and be comfortable working in a team environment.
- Release and manage RFI/RFQ/RFP end-to-end to suppliers in USA and Canada. Ensure complete
scope of work is included, release of RFI/RFQ/RFP to suppliers, negotiate and follow-up.
