Instructions:
1. Divide your clinical group into 3 groups. Each group will complete the following assignment and
present it in post clinical.
2. Knowledge and Practice Apprenticeships: Address the following in your paper.
 Identify a nursing intervention your group has used in the clinical setting.
 In your paper, use three Evidence Based references to support the nursing
intervention.
You will go to the library with your clinical group to learn how to use research databases. This
would be an excellent time for your group to find a minimum of 3 evidence based articles to
write your paper on.

Ethical Comportment Apprenticeship:
o Address the following questions in your paper:
 Why is it important for you to practice using interventions that are evidence
based?
 As a group identify 2 ways that Evidence Based Interventions will affect your
practice as a RN.
3. You will turn in 1 paper per group for grading in APA format. The information in the paper will
be presented in a post clinical setting.
4. You will be graded on teamwork and on your APA paper using the following rubrics:
The first is on teamwork and you will grade your group’s teamwork using the rubric below. The
grading sheets on teamwork will be given to your instructor and a final grade given to your
group by the instructor.
