Deborah has 31 years of multi-line personal and commercial lines claims' experience
in the industry. She currently is responsible for managing Kemper's National
Catastrophe Claim Operation countrywide ensuring timely, cost-effective and efficient
management of all catastrophe claims.
Her position is accountable for all high volume claim events arising primarily from
earthquakes, weather-related storms or wild-fires. Her office also handles daily
overflow claims to assist the field adjuster network in managing workloads. She
oversees the work performed by a team of Catastrophe Claim Specialists which can
fluctuate depending on the size of the catastrophe cases.
