YEAR 7 SCIENCE CLUB . This week the Science Club is on tomorrow, Tuesday 2 nd December, at 1.40 in lab 1A. It will be MAKING ROCKETS . Places are restricted to 15 again but if you did not get in last week, you are first in the queue! Remember to see Mrs. Waters and Luke Morris for a lunch today, please. Also - remember to bring a ½ litre plastic bottle on Tuesday.

Year 8 French Trip

There was payment of £70 due on 14 November. Please make sure you pay quickly, if you haven't already paid. (M. E. Brummitt).

For the attention of all students. Win a 3 day safari trip to South Africa by participating in the Wildlife photography competition being run by Geography & Art dept. Keep an eye out for posters around school.

Remember: no Arabic session today. Final meeting will be next Monday the 8 th in Room 17.

BAND NIGHT!

WORLD AIDS AWARENESS - You will find collection boxes at the tills in Cafe Q again this week. Please donate your loose change, even 5p will be gratefully accepted. All the money collected with go to support the work of OPEN ARMS ORPHANAGE in Malawi. Open Arms provides a home and medical care for babies who have been orphaned by AIDS.

Sixth Form Christmas Character Competition

Design a Christmas character for use around school. Entries can be produced in any media on paper.

Closing date THURSDAY 4 TH DECEMBER. Please hand in to Miss Dowding or Miss Sosnowsky.

PE kit (named) in a black bag with a white Nike tick. If found please return to Jack Huddleston 7L or Mr

Percy.

Missing Mouthpiece Cover – a mouthpiece cover for a saxophone went missing at the clarinet and saxophone festival. If you have found it please could you take it to Mrs Crossley in Halsteads Office.

Missing USB stick - it is black and has '2GB' marked on it and has no lid. Noticed it missing x afternoon of Tuesday
