Their goal is to improve the quality of life of the two million orphans due to HIV/AIDS pandemic. Service Area: International ORGANIZATION & ITS MISSION Darfur- Save Darfur from Genocide A local resident, Alan Greenfield, is running an awareness raising campaign for the Genocide Crisis in Darfur. Even though Sudam is far away, the human rights concerns there should concern us here in Needham. This would include how to approach a store about fair trade principles and products such as coffee and hot chocolate. The students would then choose a store and lobby for the business to carry the fair trade product. This could also include educating the public about fair trade products.
