18th Chinese National Magnetic Resonance Conference
Call for Abstracts
Announcement: The Committee of Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy of the Chinese Physical
Society is pleased to announce that the 19th National Magnetic Resonance Conference will be held
in the city of Lanzhou, Gansu province from 17th Aug, 2016 to 20th Aug, 2016. The conference
will be hosted by State Key Laboratory of Applied Organic Chemistry (Lanzhou University).
The goals of the conference are to present the latest developments in the fields of nuclear magnetic
resonance (NMR), electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
and nuclear quadrupolar resonance (NQR), and to exchange ideas/concepts to further the
developments in these fields. National and international renowned scientists, professors and
scholars will be invited to give plenary lectures on new developments on specific topics.
The
committee warmly welcomes researchers worldwide who are involved in magnetic resonance
studies to attend the conference.
During the conference, awards in the name of Tianjuan Wang, will be given to young scientists
with age below 45 years old who have made outstanding contributions to magnetic resonance
spectroscopy and imaging. Young scientists are welcome to apply and to compete for the award.
Awards will also be given to excellent posters selected by the committee.
Abstracts: Abstracts for the conference include unpublished significant research results related to
technology/theory developments in NMR, EPR and NQR, and the applications of NMR, EPR and
NQR in the fields of physics, chemistry, biology and medicine, etc.
Format of the abstract: One page abstract in Chinese and one page in English on a A4 letter
paper (21cm29.7cm) with margins of 2.54 cm (top and bottom), 3.17 cm (left and right),
respectively, must be submitted for peer review. The following contents must be included in the
abstract in the sequence of, the title of the abstract, the author list, the affiliation of the authors, the
contact information (phone and e-mail) of the presenter.
Where to submit: Please submit your abstract to maosz@wipm.ac.cn
