Congratulations and the very best of luck to them. Good luck to all those doing their Duke of Edinburgh Award over the next two weekends. MEDIA The Media Department has won the 2009 Good Schools Guide GCSE Award for Girls taking Media Studies at GCSE at an English Grammar School. These awards are calculated on the basis of Key Stage 4 results for the three years 2006, 2007 and 2008 combined, and in particular on the basis of the popularity of each subject relative to similar schools and of the success that pupils achieve relative to their other examinations.
