Faculty of Agriculture
Dr. Mohammad Jihad Tabbaa
Prerequisite: Sheep Production (602214)
Office Hours: 12:00 – 1:00 S, T
Course Description:
Application of genetic principles of animal improvement are stressed. Emphasis is given to development of
effective breeding plans for various types and species of animals, based on genetics, economics and markets.
Students are expected to read the materials in the book before the subject is covered in lecture and
participate in the class discussion.
