I hereby declare that to the best of my knowledge the above particulars are correct and I agree to the
inspection of my flock should this be required. I have received copies of the Flock Book Compilation and
Registration Rules and the Basic Genetics and Breeding Rules of the Association and I will diligently
comply with these rules and such changes as may be made in the future by the Council of the
Wensleydale Longwool Sheep Breeders' Association.
I agree to keep records of the pedigree of my flock, to register and tag my Wensleydale sheep in the
manner required by the Association and to make such records available for inspection by the Council or a
representative nominated by the Council.
I enclose a cheque for £35, payable to the Wensleydale Longwool Sheep Breeders' Association, for
prefix registration/subscription for the current Calendar Year.
