You’ll also undertake a research project which can be conducted in research institutions, academic laboratories or the pharmaceutical industries both in the UK and across Europe. The Postgraduate Diploma award satisfies the requirements to become a state-registered Biomedical Scientist with the Health Professions Council (HPC). Completion of the MSc contributes to the requirements for recognition as a Fellow of the Institute of Biomedical Science (FIBMS).
