ELIGIBILITY: Any print or digital file that has not won an
award in a previous society competition.
An image that has won an award previously may not be
reworked and re-entered in any other category.
NUMBER OF ENTRIES: A maximum of three (3) in each
section.
WORKMANSHIP: Work may be commercially processed;
digital manipulation must be entirely the work of the author.
MARKINGS: All entries must have an identifiable and unique
title and name of the author.
SIZE OF PRINTS: Prints MAY BE OF ANY SIZE however MUST
BE MOUNTED on board 20” x 16” or 50cm x 40cm.
SIZE OF DIGITAL IMAGES:
Maximum width of 1920 pixels and maximum height of 1080
pixels named using the following convention:
e.g. 2 Joe Bloggs-Scenic View.jpg
Please note the capitalisation of each word.
Saved as sRGB jpg file with a maximum file size of 800kb.
Non-compliant files may not be accepted for entry.
DELIVERY OF ENTRIES:
PRINTS must be handed to Print Secretary before 7.30pm
on the competition night.
DIGITAL IMAGES may be emailed to
digitalsec.stgphoto@gmail.com
Digital images must be received no later than the two (2)
weeks prior to the Thursday Evaluation night designated in
the Program as **
Receipt of your entry will be confirmed by return email. If you
do not receive a confirmation it is likely your entry was not
received. Responsibility remains with the author to ensure
that entries are received.
