IALEIA, at the direction of the Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice, through the Global Justice Information Sharing Initiative (Global) Intelligence Working Group (GIWG), accomplished this and published a booklet entitled Law Enforcement Analytic Standards (IALEIA, 2004).
