Synthesis and investigation of structure-activity relationship of biologically active
peptides (antitumour, anti-thrombotic and non-opiate analgesic activity). Study of peptides
application as carriers for pharmaceutical agents (directional transport to the target
cells), including gene delivery systems. Development of different types of
diagnostic systems (ELISA, latex test-systems). Investigations in the field of
peptide synthesis chemistry, preparation of polymer supports for SPPS and SPOS.
Study of peptide – polymer interaction and its influence on the process of molecular
recognition.
