Discourse the Special Power Relation and Concurrently Talk about the Legal Relation among the School and Student Simply Qi-Rong Chen Doctoral Candidate, Department of Education National Kaohsiung Normal University Abstract This paper explores four themes: first, to analyze the connotation of special power relation, including its origin, meaning, causes, types and characteristics; second, to state three related theories of special power relation; third, to explain the legal relation among the school and student; fourth, to point out the future development trends of special power relation. Finally, the author hopes that this paper can contribute to the initial construction of the legal relations between the school and students and that further consensus can be reached accordingly. In so doing, the conflict between the school and students can be reduced and the school can run more smoothly. Key words: special power relation, importance theory, special legal relation.
