Senate meeting minutes No.4 dated 23.04.2014, Decree of the Board No.19 dated 24.04.2014 Action plan for students of “Turiba University’’ Ltd. in case of fire or emergency Each and every individual who has noticed a fire or emergency situation (situation that threatens the life, health and property of persons or the environment) on the premises or the Youth Hostel of ‘”Turiba University” Ltd. (hereinafter - BAT) shall: 1. immediately notify: 1.1. emergency services by telephoning the common emergency service number 112.; 1.2. the State Fire fighting and rescue service by telephoning 01 or 112 in case of fire, stating the address and place of origin of the fire and his/her name and telephone number; 1.3. persons in the premises by pressing the Fire Alarm regarding the hazard and necessity of evacuation; 1. 4. Customer information desk of BAT study information centre by telephoning 67622333 or 67624755 or 67617386; 1. 5. Internal security service personnel or any other BAT employee (by telephone, in person orally or any other way); 1. 6. in case of necessity the police authorities by telephoning 02 or 112; or using the mobile number 110; 1.7. in case of necessity the ambulance services for first aid by telephoning the landline 03 or 112; using the mobile number - 113; 2. act in accordance with the instructions of BAT personnel and in case there are no BAT personnel then taking into account the safety of oneself and others it is the duty of students (within one’s capabilities): 2.1. to notify persons in the building regarding evacuation either through the alarm and notification system or with the help of other persons; 2.2. to open the emergency exits and carry out all measures necessary for the evacuation of people; 2. 3. to organise people who could show the fire fighting unit the shortest route to the fire and the path to the water resources; 2. 4. to switch off electrical equipment and devices that are in the fire zone, switch off the ventilation and according to the situation carry out other measures that could stop the spread of the fire; 2. 5. To extinguish the fire using the fire fighting equipment (fire extinguishers, internal fire fighting water hoses); 2. 6. After the arrival of the fire fighting unit act in accordance with the instructions of the head of the unit providing them with all the necessary information; 3. leave the building and help other people evacuate if necessary upon encountering an emergency situation and/or hearing the alarm: 3.1. evaluating the safety circumstances take with oneself only the most necessary personnel items and calmly leave the building through the nearest emergency exit; 3.2. go to the place indicated by the person responsible for handling emergency or fire situations or: Place of fire or emergency A building C building Youth Hostel Place of gathering of evacuated people C building A building C building Additional place of gathering of evacuated people BAT front yard (fountain) BAT front yard (fountain) BAT front yard (fountain) 3. 2. In case it is impossible to leave the room to block/seal the door and go to the window and use every option available to notify others about your location and wait for help from outside.
