Please note that a completed copy of this form and the following documents must be returned to
the ZLC Admissions Office before March 15th 2009.
Required documents:








Application Forms. Applicants need to submit 2 application forms: Admissions application
form and Scholarship application form
Resume. Detailed current resume indicating references and contact data of former
employers.
GMAT/GRE. Applicants are required to both self-report the GMAT or GRE scores on the
application form and submit official score reports directly to the ZLC by using Institution
Code 3803. The Institution Code is the same for both GMAT and GRE. For the GRE, please
use Department Code 0000.
TOEFL. Applicants are required to self-report the TOEFL scores on the application form and
submit official score reports directly to ZLC by using the Institution Code 3803.
Transcripts. Applicants should request an official transcript from each undergraduate and
graduate program in which they have participated and submit it in its sealed envelope to
Zaragoza Logistics Center. You may also request that your former educational
institution(s) mail official copies of the transcripts directly to Zaragoza Logistics Center.
Letters of Recommendation. Each applicant must provide three personal references from
among professors, advisors, or supervisors. We encourage a mix of academic and
professional evaluations, if possible.
