Robert E. Bristow, M.D. received his medical degree from the University of Southern California. He went on to complete his residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and his fellowship subspecialty training in Gynecologic Oncology at the University of California Los Angeles School of Medicine/Cedars Sinai Medical Center. He has been a full-time faculty member at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine since 1998. Dr. Bristow now serves as Director of the Kelly Gynecologic Oncology Service and the Johns Hopkins Ovarian Cancer Center of Excellence. His primary research interests include the surgical management of cancers of the ovary and endometrium, radiographic imaging of gynecologic cancer, and patterns of health care delivery for women with gynecologic cancer.
