The position will involve the development and introduction of modern human resource management systems along with training programs for management and staff. The role has the responsibility of identifying and developing opportunities for improvement in human resources management. The organisational structure of the Administration is under review and the position provides the opportunity to play a fundamental role in scoping the human resource requirements in the future and implementing change consistent with the move to performance restructuring within the Administration. This position is offered as a performance-based contract closely tied to the performance measures that will be contained in the Human Resources Unit budget. To fill this position you will need to have a Tertiary undergraduate degree, (with post-graduate qualifications seen as desirable) in Business Management; Arts; Social Sciences or related area and experience in human resource management. As people improve their camps, the style of camp and the equipment used (at some camps including generators, water tanks, refrigerators and freezers) has gradually changed over the years. In recent months I have received comments from a number of people in the community about different aspects of the summer camping at Kingston.
