No, only physicians can fax prescriptions to a pharmacy. Please mail your new prescription(s) to:

I used to go to CVS, how do I transfer prescriptions?

It’s easy! Just tell us what pharmacy you use, their phone number and the name of the medications you need us to fill. Providing us your Rx numbers will also speed up the prescription transfer.

How does payroll deduction work?

You will authorize us to use Payroll Deduction by completing the online or paper form. Please tell us the dollar value above which you want us to contact you for alternate forms of payment.

 Do you keep my credit card or FSA card on file?

Yes. We will keep this information confidential and secure.

 Can I use my PayFlex card, Credit Card AND payroll deduction?

Yes, just tell us how you want us to bill each method.

 Can I pay with a money order or check?

No.

Special Conditions

Does it have to be 90 day supply?

No. The pharmacy cannot dispense more than what the physician wrote. Ask your physician to write your maintenance medication prescription for up to 90 days, or if you’d like us to contact your physician for you, please give us the physicians’ information in the comments section in your online account (or the attached form)

How do I request early refills?

You can get a prescription filled 1 week early for a 30 day supply or 2 weeks early for a 90 day supply.

What about vacation supplies or if I lost the medications?

You are permitted one (1) early refill per year.

Do I have to use the Home Delivery

Pharmacy to receive a 90 day supply?

Yes (excluding our Weston, FL location)

What happens when the prescription is out of refills?

Have your physician contact us to authorize additional refills.

I have a Cleveland Clinic Pharmacy in my building. Can I drop off my prescription at that location and have the Home Delivery

Pharmacy mail it to my home?

Shipping

Do you ship refrigerated medications, if so how?

Yes. We ship refrigerated medications, but you must tell us when you’ll be available to receive the delivery.

How is it shipped?

We use UPS, DHL and the US Postal Service for all orders at no additional cost to EHP members.

My daughter is in college, can you ship her medications there?

Yes. For dependents over 18, please have them create a separate account with their address at: www.clevelandclinic.org/pharmacy

Access to the Home Delivery service

Can I still use a local retail CC Pharmacy each month?

Yes, however now you can only get a 30 day supply. If you use the CC

Home Delivery Pharmacy you can get the

90 day supply and you will save time by not having to make a trip to the pharmacy.

Any member participating on the EHP, Staff

Plan or Retiree plan

What are the hours?

Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm
