Repeat Online Prescriptions:
When requesting your repeat prescription online, please select the
appropriate link that corresponds to the surgery you wish to collect
the script from.
Click either:
Then check that the collect from box on the Online request form
shows the same surgery.
This will ensure the prescription is in the correct location for you to
pick up.
If you wish to collect the script from a pharmacy then please do the
following:
Please select from the "Collect from" drop down box, where you
would like to pick up your prescription from. Please contact the
pharmacy to arrange for them to pick it up. If they do not appear
on the drop down list please contact us so we can get them added.
Please advise them which surgery to pick up from i.e. Rosebank,
Stroud Road or Severnvale, Quedgeley and make sure you select
the appropriate repeat prescription form i.e...
